Towards a healthy safe cup of milk
What is Milk ? a fluid secreted by the mammary glands of females for the
nourishment and disease - protection of their young. During the first days after
birth, the mammary glands secrete a milk - like fluid which is called "colostrums";
it is richer in protein as compared to regular milk. Colostrums proteins contain
a very high proportion of immunoglobulins which protect against infectious
diseases.
